Well my season always starts on the first of June cos that way I get a couple of weeks in the best swims before the unwashed masses arrive - nothing like a daytime baitnig sesh followed by a little camo stealth evening trip..So far this June has been pretty unproductive - lots of chub but no barbs..until Sunday night..

I've had to desert my local haunts after a couple of very near run ins with irate twats..so having a week off to spare, I thought who do I know and...

Anyway, went to the wier pool today to feed the carp. First fish was there in under 10 second closley followed by a ghostie of about 30lb which arrived 5 seconds later. Anyway they proceeded to scoff about 20 pellets. Put some more in and they were on it like a shot. In the end they ate 1/2 kilo along with...
